feat: focus library on custom components only

Browse Source 
- Remove all JLCPCB/LCSC related files and documentation
- Clean up README files to focus on custom components not in standard library
- Translate CHANGELOG to English
- Add .gitkeep files to preserve directory structure
- Library now focused on: missing 3D models, custom artwork, personal logos
